Madge (Broomfield) Murnin was born in the Colony of New South Wales (1788-1900)

Madge Taylor Broomfield was born in 1885 at Balmain. She was the daughter of William Taylor Broomfield and Margaret Thallon.^[1]

On 22 July 1910 at at St, Peter's, Piccadilly, London, she married Leslie George Murnin.^[2]

MURNIN–BROOMFIELD.—July 22, at St, Peter's, Piccadilly, London, Leslie George Murnin, younger son of the late George F. Murnin, to Madge Broomfield, daughter of the late Mrs. W. T. Broomfield.

She passed away on 20 February 1924 at Rushcutters Bay^[3][4] and was interred in South Head Cemetery, Vaucluse.^[5]

DEATH OF MRS. L. G MURNIN

Mrs. L. G. Murnin died last night at her residence, 47 Beach-road, Rushcutter's Bay, after a lingering illness, in which a patient nature and buoyand spirit had sustained her. She was the daughter of the late Captain Broomfield, and the wife of Mr Leslie G. Murnin, manager of the Sydney Press Club and well known in yachting circles.
