Biography
John Blues was christened on the 31 August 1788 at Miltonhaven, Kincardineshire, Scotland. He was the son of Thomas Blues and his wife Helen Kinnear .
He married Elizabeth McBay on the 5 March 1837 in Johnshaven, Kincardineshire, Scotland.[1]
John and Elizabeth had the following children:

- Jessie Stephen
- Christina Stephen
- John Stephen
John Blues died on the 14 September 1870 at Fore Street, Johnshaven, Kincardineshire. He died of Old Age and had no medical attendance. His son Thomas registered his death that day. [2]
