Biography

Simeon was born in 1866. He is the son of Robert Bishop and Ruth Broomfield.

In 1881 he was living with his mother Ruth, stepfather Edward Fone and his sister Ruth in Taunton St Mary, Somerset.

Simeon married Lily Sampson in 1894 in Taunton, Somerset.
