Biography

Mary was born about 1844, Geelong, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of James Austin and Rebecca Savage. ^[1]

In1854, at the age of 10, along with her family, she moved to live in Glastonbury, Somersetshire, England. ^{[2] [3]}

Mary married William Hose Bullivant, 21 Jun 1864, St. Benedict's, Glastonbury, Somersetshire, England. ^[4] In 1867, they emigrated to Australia, becoming squatters in Wimmera District, Victoria.

She died 31 Jul 1919 at Victor Harbour, South Australia, whilst visiting her daughter, after a long illness. ^[5]
