Biography

Rebecca (Andrews) Blunden was born in Ireland.

Rebecca Andrews was born in about 1782. She was the daughter of John Andrews and Ann Jones.

She married Trevor Lloyd Blunden of Ballyduggan, County Tipperary circa 1804 in the Diocese of Killaloe, Munster Province, Ireland, by Licence^[1].

They had at least three children.

Her husband Trevor died on 18 May 1854.

Rebecca Blunden passed away on 13 January 1862 and was buried on16 January 1862 at Mount Jerome Cemetery and Crematorium, Harold's Cross, Dublin^[2]. Notice of her death was printed on page 1 of the Dublin Evening Mail dated 18 January 1862:

DEATHS.

Blunden—On the 13th inst., at Frankfort, Rathgar-avenue, Rebecca, widow of Trevor Lloyd Blunden, Esq., formerly of Oakfield, county of Tipperary.^[3]
