Why are categories missing? [closed]

I'm logged in, and have checked a couple of different profiles that previously had links to categories, and still have the appropriate text in the bio, but no categories are showing .
Checked in Opera and Chrome, nothing in either.

This can be closed, they've shifted to the bottom of the page!!
A retrograde step in my opinion, they'll be missed entirely down there (as I can attest !!)
