Can not find James Douglas "dudley" Webb parents

I have matched the DNA of a descendant of Dudley.  As you may know he went to live with Samuel C Houck and Adaline Cassell Hauck when he was three because both his parents were dead.  I believe Dudley was the grandson of James Webb, Jr., my first cousin, 5x removed.  I only went to Wikitree today for the first time, so I haven’t put any information on it yet. There is information in my Ancestry, Webb Family Tree for Dudley.
