I was updating unknown to Ruth Placek, need to delete unknown

A unknown Placek /sinclair is being updated to Ruth sinclair.  But instead of changing the profile Ruth’s was added.  I need to delete the unknown sinclair 8667. How is this done?

Profiles are not deleted, you need to merge the two profiles.
