I am looking for any documentation that would establish that John Holt born about 1791 in Burke Co. N.C and died before 1850 in Hunt Co TX was the son of Jacob Holt and Elizabeth Peddicord (Petticort).

There isn’t enough infomation posted on Jacob’s profile to answer your question. John was not mentioned in Jacob’s Last Will and Testament. However, not all heirs were named in the document. Other probate records for him or his wife may reveal more.
