I wanted to share this family photo of Charles Myers with the community. Location: Allison Gap, Smyth, Virginia, United States. Date: 1925.
Besides Charles Myers (the boy on the right), the photo includes my great-grandmother, Sarah Geer McIntyre (center), a man called Mr. Moore, who may have been Sarah's cousin, and his granddaughter, name unknown, the blond child in front; Woodrow McIntyre, my uncle, and Lois McIntyre, my mother. They are standing near the McIntyre home in Allison Gap, Virginia, probably about 1925. My mother's cheesy grin in this photo makes me smile. The others look so serious. Does anyone else have photos of Saltville or Allison Gap, Virginia?
