Comments on Lola (Kelly) Simpson - can't merge although requested 12 months ago

I'm the PM for Kelly-23787 and have had no response from the other PM about this merge. I should be able to merge them now - 12 months later but can't, please help.

The other profile has yellow privacy, which means it will never go into default after 30 days.  The PM of this profile has not been on WT since July 2021.

You will need to email info @ wikitree.com and they will complete the merge.

What issues are you running into when completing the merge? Are you getting an error message?

When you go down to Pending Merges on her profile, hit compare.  A yellow box at top says Kelly-21234 was created before Kelly-23787. Therefore, please click here to reverse the direction of the compare. [more information]

^{Hit reverse direction and then you should be able to merge.}

Carolyn won't be able to, because the privacy level for one of the profiles is too high.

Ok, I didn't look at privacy, as there is nothing in the profile to be private about.
