What do I do to update the ydna test to reflect that I have updated it from 37 marker to 111 markers.

You should be able to edit the DNA test information to add that - either click on your Wikitree-ID in the top menu and go to DNA, or via this link - https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:DNATests

(It looks like you don't currently have the number of markers listed on your test.)
