Hi, my name is Janice Young, I am researching Governor William Stone who was the third governor of MD. He is also, from what I have found on Ancestry, my husband's 8th great grandfather. I would love to connect with other descendents of William Stone.

I'm assuming this is the William Stone you're talking about? He already has a lot of descendants with profiles here on WikiTree; I hope you'll be able to connect it easily to your husband. Please remember Ancestry trees are not always accurate and you should always double check the claims with primary sources!
