Did Elizabeth Sacherell b 1583, Sacherell, Sacheverell of Cambridge, England exist?

Elizabeth Sacherell aka Sacherell, Sacheverel, supposed wife of John Kendall, exist.  She is supposedly the granddaughter of Sir Henry Sacheverell of Morley, Derbyshire and daughter of Henry Sacheverell of Radcliffe, Lancashire.

The profiles are unsourced so I'm guessing that the descent from Sir Henry is fictional, but I'd be grateful if someone could confirm.  Thank you!

Her father's marriage in "Cambridge, Middlesex, , Eng." rings alarm bells immediately.

Thanks, Stephen.  I'm never quite sure what to do with these trees of English Ancestry for early American immigrants.  They often come from early genealogies or the Ancestral File, or some more recent attempt to string together names and dates that kind of match without regard to geography.  They could be entirely fictional or contain some real people and events.  I hate to just disconnect them as unproven and let them float away.

This one is at least rather small, but her husband, John Kendall, is quite extensive and eventually connects to Richard III's secretary....
The Sacheveralls were a prominent Derbyshire family, in my area of interest. I'll try to get onto the case, but may not have time until the end of the week. Thanks for drawing to my attention! All the best

Ah thanks, Eddie.  Very helpful to have a specific source for the claim.  I have not found English Ancestry in Colonial Families of the USA to be accurate.

this may be the Elizabeth Kendall executed for witchcraft 1647
my apology for wasting your time
Not a waste of time at all....Its important to have the sources for where the info came from even if it turns out to be not true.
You might want to talk to Robin Lee, Leader, Presidents Project, before disconnecting or altering, as this is an ancestress of President Hoover
Ancestor of President Bush
Good catch, Eddie.  Mabel wasn't marked as a Presidential ancestor (I have added).  PGM actually disconnected her from Elizabeth Sacherell awhile ago based on the PGM approved sources, but it would be good to check with Robin and see what Boyd says.
sending you birth record if applicable
I worked the Pres project - good memory for many things which came in handy writing my PhD dissertation LOL

Mainly working now with Donnie Blackstone who is related to most of the prezzes LOL (and a cousin of ELVIS, the King)

If Henry Sacheverell is intended to be of Ratcliffe on Soar, Nottinghamshire, rather that Radcliffe, Lancashire, then according to Thoroton's Nottinghamshire he had only one daughter and heir, Elianor wife of Roger Columbell, afterwards wife of William Hasard. Robert Thoroton, 'Parishes: Ratcliffe-on-Sore', in Thoroton's History of Nottinghamshire: Volume 1, Republished With Large Additions By John Throsby, ed. John Throsby (Nottingham, 1790), pp. 24-30. Compare https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Sachevall-1 , who is shown on WikiTree as Henry's sister rather than daughter; there is another "sister" Ellinor. These two individuals look as if they were intended to be the same person, Henry's daughter.
Thanks Stephen. I’m sure that’s the Ratcliffe that was intended. Among the traditions of the Kendall family is that they were related to a sheriff of Nottingham.
In that case Sachevall-8 and Sacherell-6 are intended to be same person, but neither profile has reliable sources; and the father for Sacherell-6 seems to be completely wrong.
