Can the number of unconnected profiles be determined by country?

Is it possible to determine (even approximately) the number of profiles yet unconnected by country, especially those recently-high immigration countries (last few hundred years), for instance, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. I guess I am mainly concerned with Australia (my country) as an encouragement to Aussie members to keep on with connecting profiles.

There is a regularly updated page here which at least gives a starting point: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Automated:DD_Unconnected_List_AUS

A more complete list: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:DD_Unconnected_Lists

If you want more control, then WikiTree+ works well for that, I would say.

For example: https://wikitree.sdms.si/default.htm?report=srch1&Query=unconnected+australia&MaxProfiles=100000&SortOrder=Default&PageSize=10&Format=

suggests 64635. You can replace "unconnected" with other magic words ("unlinked" for example) or qualify it with "19cen" or "orphan". See https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:WikiTree_Plus and especially https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:WikiTree_Plus#Text_search_2

You can easily save a query, to your home page scratch pad or elsewhere.
