Need Danish help with mothers name

Question

It says 

Johanne Marie Schjørring Haas or Kaas

but no explanation why Schjørring is crossed out. All names are rather unusual in Hjørring County. 

Do you have other records for her?

There is a parish Sjørring in Thisted county and a village Sjørring in Lindum Parish, Viborg County

It could be Kaas:

married in Asdal Larsen and Laursen was often interchangeable He was a simple peasant but she outside peasantry. 

Census 1801 the father owner of a manor.

She is listed as Kaas on later documents, but Andersdatter on earlier ones. She is clearly the same person, so it leaves me a little confused.

It is her. The father is called Anders! 

And her mother married Schiørring cf. about the estate/owners at  Ormholt
