Can an administrator correct errors with the Civil War Iowa state flag image please? [closed]

Question

In my attempt to fix 971 Missing Image errors for the Iowa flag image, I inadvertently corrupted:

Could someone with file administration rights please delete that file and then rename

to
https://www.wikitree.com/photo/gif/Civil_War_Flags-3

This action will correct about 175 of the new 971 errors on this week's report.

P.S. This entry was corrupted when I used the back arrow key in the browser after uploading one file to go to the previous page and uploaded the same file a second time, instead of starting the process over by clicking the "Click here to upload it." link on the IMAGES tab. So this can be considered a BUG but one that would only be seen very rarely.

There isn't any way for sysops to rename images (other than editing the database directly, which isn't done).

I'm a bit confused about why there are errors -- did you link to the corrupted image on profiles instead of the first one you uploaded?
