Biography

Larry Morrison Jenkins, of Flat, MO, passed away Friday, February 20, 2015 at the age of 68. He was born on February 13, 1947 in Flat, MO to the late James Morrison Jenkins and Mary Lena (Robbins) Jenkins. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two brothers, Don Jenkins and Tom Jenkins; a sister, Bonnie Harris, two brothers-in-law, Cecil Harris and Gerald Harris; and two sisters-in-law, Mae Jenkins and Juanita Jenkins. Larry will be greatly missed by his surviving family which includes: two brothers, Cordell Jenkins of Waterloo, IL and Lester Jenkins and wife Ada of Flat, MO; two sisters, Betty Glascock and husband Owen of Rolla and Norma Harris of Edgar Springs, MO; a sister-in-law, June Jenkins of Flat, MO; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A funeral service for Larry Jenkins will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at the Null and Son Funeral Home of Rolla. Interment will follow in the Smith Cemetery in Edgar Springs, MO. A visitation for family and friends will held prior to the funeral beginning at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Bethel Primitive Baptist Church. Online condolences may be offered at www.nullandsonfuneralhome.com.
