Biography

Wayne was born in 1939. He was the son of Denver Cooper and Cecelia Jarrett. He passed away in 2005.

Corvin “Wayne” Cooper’s kind spirit and warm heart will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Corvin W. Cooper aged 65, a cherished resident of Ridgedale Road, passed away on Wednesday at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center due to natural causes. Corvin leaves behind a legacy of love and memories cherished by his family: four devoted sisters, Alvalee V. Jackson of Friendship, N.Y., Audrey F. Jarrell of Charleston, W.V., Nancy Larisey of South Bend, and Barbara Marley of Edwardsburg; along with his three brothers, Truman B. of Winston-Salem, N.C., and Dennis A. and Darryl, both of South Bend, who will continue to honor his memory.
