When posting a new profile and the middle name is duplicated, why am unable to correct it?

Question

I have posted a new profile for Rachel Mahala Middleton. (Middleton-9186)

For some reason it comes up as: 

Rachel Mahala Mahala (Middleton) Bulla (1861 - 1927)  and 

 Rachel Mahala Mahala (Rachel) Bulla formerly Middleton

I did not enter the middle name twice.  I cannot change it.  What am I doing wrong?

@Gloria - you have an unsaved draft, so the profile is locked and nobody can get to the Edit tab in order to help.  Please save your edits so that the profile is unlocked again.

When you created the profile you gave first name Rachel Mahala, and middle name Mahala, which is why Mahala repeats.

You are correct.  I did that and changed it but did not realize it was not deleted.  Thank you!
