Does anyone have any research info of Front Royal Va in the 1790's ?

Looking for any land or death info on Doughty's that were there from abt 1790 to 1799

Have you checked what may be found at Library of Virginia?

Look for records in Shenandoah and Frederick counties.  Warren wasn’t formed until 1836 and in Virginia records stay with the original county.

I have been to the Library in Winchester VA but not Richmond. Not having much luck. Thanks anyway.

Kathy: I have been to the Library in Winchester, Genealogy centers in Warren County, and also in Front Royal. I have pretty muck looked at all records in Frederick & Shenendoah counties as well. After spending 30 years doing this I'm still coming up empty. Just thought I would put this out here and maybe someone has something I don't. Thanks Anyway.

A lot of the material at the Library of Virginia is digitized, definitely worth a look.
