Thomas Cook profile issues

The profile of Thomas Cook has a number of issues.  No sources link him to supposed family members.  In addition, the sources provided may refer to multiple Thomas Cook's.  Leaving comments does not get any response or action.  How much disconnecting is reasonable pending actual evidence?

The profile manager has not been active in WikiTree for about two years and there is no one on the Trusted List. The first thing to do would be to file an Unresponsive Manager Report and ask to be made profile manager. The basic 'how-to' is listed here and you've already done some of the steps. Then I would follow the usual steps of using only sources related to the person you believe the profile is meant to be representing and make disconnections or new connections as indicated by the primary sources. If there seem to be two people conflated, I would look to see if the 'other' profile is found somewhere in WikiTree or consider creating the other profile and moving the relevant data and connections to it.
