I don't think you'll find anything from that era as Claiborne County wasn't founded until 1801.  Multiple Nunn families are found there in the 1830 census and later.  The following passage comes from "Nunns of the South", p. 248:

On June 25, 1973, Mrs. Colleen Romero, Seattle, Wash., wrote: "I just recently found my connection with the Nunn family: "Nancy Nunn b. 1740 d. 1786 Shenandoah Co., Va. She married 'Millcreek' John Hurst 12 Apr. 1759. All their children were b. in Shenandoah Co. Her husband remarried Elizabeth Breeding, and they moved to Claiborne Co., Tenn."

Key Research Member David Nunn, of the "Nunns of the South" team, made this report in the fall of 1971 when he was compiling Census records: "I recognized several of the families in Missouri that had come from Claiborne Co. Tenn. Part if not all of this group seems to be descended from Whartin Nunn (Nun) of Shenandoah Co. Va. (1790 Census). Whartin himself, I believe, was shown in the Claiborne County, Tenn. Census of 1830 (b. in the 1750's.)"
