Trying something different. I've pulled all of the Parkers from Find-a-Grave who are buried in Maine and who died before 1820, going to dig through each of those families, there are only 22 of them, and I have already dug through 4, interesting that 5 different branches of my family are there. There are other Parker lines as well, might turn up something interesting from all this.
I did a physical check (I drove to them and looked) of 8 cemeteries in Cumberland county last weekend - the Find-a-Grave coverage is pretty good, of the 10 Parker families I noted, all were already on Find-a-Grave. Of the ~700 photos I took, only about 30 people were not previously on Find-a-Grave.
Obviously not something you could do in a more densely populated time & place.
