John Paul Zuchowski, Jr. was born on 11 Jan 1949, son of John Paul Zuchowski (1921-1978) and Edna Leah Hamilton (1925-2005).
John served in the United States Army in Vietnam and attained the rank SP5. He also received a purple heart. John died (age 59) on 23 July 2008[1] and was buried in West Virginia National Cemetery, Pruntytown, Taylor County, West Virginia, United States.[2]
