Konrad Maria Eusebius zu Hohenlohe-Waldenburg-Schillingsfürst was born in 1863 in Vienna, Austria. He was the son of Konstantin zu Hohenlohe-Schillingsfürst and Marie zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Ludwigsburg.
He married Countess Franziska of Schönborn-Buchheim in 1888. From 1904, he served as governor (Statthalter) of the Austrian Littoral (Österreichisches Küstenland, a crown land of Austria-Hungary) in Trieste. He was appointed Minister-President of Cisleithania (Austria) in 1906, but resigned within a month and returned to Trieste, where he continued to serve until 1915. He was Minister of the Interior of Cisleithania from 1915 to 1916.
He passed away in 1918 in Styria (Steiermark), Austria.
