Alice Yates and Abraham Beane or Bain were married 10 November 1833 at the parish church of Bolton le Moors, Lancashire, England.^[2]

• 1861 at Bank Field, Horwich, Lancashire.^[4]

Death

Alice Bain died at Rivington, Lancashire, England and was buried 15 May 1861 at the Parish Church of Rivington.^[5]

Research Notes

• 1861 death confirmed by 1871 Census for Abraham Bain shown as widower, but burial is suspect as age at death is not recorded. Contemporary Death Registration Index shows age as 34 added further doubt.^[6]
• Not found in National Probate Calendar
• Caution: another Alice Yates married an Isaac Bayne in 1835 at Bolton. Possibly seen widowed in the 1871 census.^[7] More research needed to ensure these two are not confused.
