Biography
Fay Wray is Notable.
Fay Wray was a American actress. Her most memorable role was in the film King Kong (1933) where she played Ann Darrow. She was noted as one of Hollywood's original scream queens. an actress who was able to deliver a believable blood-curdling howl on cue.
Born Vina Fay Wray in Cardston, Alberta, Canada, she grew up in Los Angeles in the shadow of Hollywood. At age 16, she began working in silent films.
Wray became a naturalized citizen of the United States in May 1935.[1]
She had three husbands and outlived all of them; she had three children.
Her movie career has been honoured in Canada by the issuance of a postage stamp in 2006 and with the Fay Wray Fountain in Cardston, Alberta.

My mother-in-law also reported that she received some very special hand-me-downs from Fay. Iris and Fay were 9 years apart in age.
