Charles Woollard was born in Nedging, Suffolk, England.

Charles Woollard was born in 1839, son of William Woollard (1793 - 1868) and Sarah (Andrews) Woollard (1797 - 1866).[1]

His siblings were:

Most likely related, but makes is almost impossible to determine which children belonged to which couple.
