When your profiles were merged, your privacy setting changed from Unlisted to Open. If you plan to be active and create and adopt profiles and such, that's perfect. You need to have a public profile to do those things. If you'd rather keep to a stricter privacy policy at present, that’s fine, too. Just adjust the privacy settings as you feel best.

Thank you for adding your DNA Test to your profile on WikiTree. Getting Started with DNA will tell you more about how DNA kits are used on WikiTree.
DNA at WikiTree provides a visual way for you to find others who have tested and with whom you might have ancestors in common. To get the best results, you need to continue adding sourced profiles for your ancestors until you can connect to existing profiles in WikiTree. If you have exhausted what you know on one line, try a different one. 24 hours after you connect to an existing profile, your test will have populated on the profiles of your ancestors and their descendants, where others with potential matches may also appear.
As always, I'm here if you have questions.
:)

May I also add my sister's DNA results to our tree? Thank you, Bill
Unfortunately, we cannot just add someone else's DNA. Privacy issues and all.
If your sister is willing, what you COULD do is either to create a profile for her (making you PM) or get her to create one and add you as co-Profile Manager. I believe that you could add her DNA as PM on her account.
Would you let me know how that works out?
Thanks,
Claire
