Biography
Lena Janette Wilson was born on the 28th of August, 1914 in Middleville, Lanark County, Ontario, to Reginald Wilson and Nora Archibald[1].
In 1921 she was living on Norfolk Avenue in Coronation Town near Battle River, Alberta and in the home were Reginald Wilson(33), Nora Archibald Wilson(31), Lena Jeannette Wilson(6), and Margaret Elsie Wilson(5)[2]
1931 we find the family in Castor, Alberta and in the home were Reginald Wilson(43 head), Nora Archibald Wilson(42 Wife), Lena Jeanetta Wilson(16 daughter), Margaret Elsie Wilson(15 daughter), Florence Myrtle Wilson(6 daughter), Violet May Wilson(3 daughter)[3]
She would first marry Alexander Charles Dabbs in Castor, Alberta, about 1935[4], and they would have four children, including.:
- John Charles "Jack" Dabbs(1937-1986)
- Kenneth Allan Dabbs(1940-1940)
She later married William Fairweather Wood and they would have:
- Daniel Wayne Wood(1950-2013)
She died on the 5th of June, 2002 in Alberta and would be buried in the Castor Cemetery in Castor, Wainwright Census Division, Alberta[5]
