Biography
Phillip Wilson was born 27 Sept, 1963, in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas. When he was 19 years old, he was shot and killed at night by the Dallas Police in the driveway of his parent's home in NE Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, After a high speed chase through the freeways and streets of Dallas, he jumped from his mother's car and leveled a shotgun at the Police Officers. He was then shot by several of he officers.
