Biography

David is the oldest living son of ten children born between 1866 and 1890, five of whom survived. ^[1] He was a Montana State Congressman for Broadwater County at age 23. ^[1] His date of death is listed incorrectly on FindAGrave. The date from the death certificate and Myrna Loy's book is 7 Nov 1918, the date of the false armistice. He was buried on 11 Nov 1918, the date of the true armistice. He died of Spanish Influenza after helping his wife and children recover from it himself.^[1]
