Biography
Philip was born in 1828. Dr Williams was the second President of the Baltimore Medical Association, 1867-68. He was also a founder of the Baltimore Clinical Society in 1873, a President of the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty and the Baltimore Pathological Society (Pilling, 2004). He passed away in 1896.
