Biography

Laura Virginia Wilbourn was born at Baltimore, Maryland, in mid-August of 1883, a daughter of Lewis D. Wilbourn and Laura Virginia (--?--) Wilbourn. She married, as his third wife, divorcé Fred Jay Perfect on the 27th of June, 1905, likely at Batimore.

Widowed in 1942, she survived her husband by over a decade, dying, at Baltimore, in April of 1956.
