I was born 10/21/1954 in Oslo, Norway. My mother, (Birgit Eberhardt Prytz) had gone from Norway to the US on a Fulbright Scholarship. She flew to the University of Florida in 1953, where she met my father (Thomas Nord Wikstrom). Actually, the first thing she did was walk off the plane into Florida heat and humidity, wearing a tailored woolen suit....and she promptly passed out from the heat. Mom was never able to sweat normally, and therefore, when she got hot, she would turn red, then purple, then pass out. I remember coming home from school one day to find Mom sprawled on the living room floor (this was when I was in the 5th grade).
The more documents and sources you provide on the profiles you create, the stronger your branches will be.
These are some of my favorite websites for documentation and sourcing.
This is more of an international list of research sources.
If you know of other good sites for documentation from the specific countries of your interest, please let Paul Bech know.
Hope you enjoy WikiTree! :)
