Biography

He was the son of Reverend William Lewis Wigan and Caroline Ramsay Akers.^[1]He was born in 1860 at East Malling, Kent, England, and baptised on the 1st of May 1860.^[2]He married Cecilia Margaret Champernowne, daughter of the Reverend Richard Champernowne and Elizabeth Jane Keble, in 1890 at Totnes, Devon, England.^[1]He died on the 21st of June 1937, at the age of 77,^[1]citing Death, Surrey South Western, Surrey, England.^[3]
