Biography
Jane was born in 1820. She was the daughter of Frederick Wigan and Frances Oakden. Her baptism was 31 March 1821 [1] at Christ Church On Neidwood,Staffordshire.
She is in the 1841 census living with her family at Day Well Cottage [2]
