Sarah Whitten was born in Maine.
Birth and Parents
Sarah, the second of nine children of William Whitten and Adeline Bradbury was born on 18 August 1844 at Monroe, Maine.[1]
Sarah never married. According to the 1880 Census, she was 35 years of age, lived with her parents and brother Herbert, and worked as a "Domestic."[2]
Death and Burial
Sarah E. Whitten died on 29 September 1915 in her 71st year at Bangor, Maine.[3]She is buried in Monroe Village Cemetery at Monroe, Waldo, Maine.[4]
