His will is dated 18 February 1828 and proved on 28 July 1828 in Stratford. He mentions his wife Ruth, Josiah Wheeler (oldest son), and three other sons, only naming two of them (Marcus and Moses), his daughters, Abigail Burton, and Cynthia Wheeler.[1]
His inventory was completed on 25 August 1828 in Huntington.[2]
