Vivian L. Hollopeter, 77, of Churubusco, a World War II Navy veteran, died Sunday, July 30, 2000, at Covington Manor Center, Fort Wayne.
The Allen County native was a member of Churubusco Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 136 and retired in 1985 from Dana Corp. She attended Churubusco United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her daughter, sons, a sister, brothers, eight grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice A.
Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday at Churubusco United Methodist Church, with calling one hour before services. Calling will also be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Orr Funeral Home, Churubusco. Burial will be at Eel River Cemetery. [1] (Note: names of living persons removed for privacy reasons.)
