Biography
Mary Wells was born on March 6, 1853 in Virginia[1] to Dudley Wells and Rachel Brown.[2]
According to the 1860 census, Mary lived with her mother and siblings in Marion County, Virginia.[2]
On October 2, 1873, Mary married Marcellus Allen in Lucas County, Iowa.[3]
Mary died on January 15, 1925 in Wright County, Missouri.[1]
She is buried in the Curtis Cemetery in Wright County.[4]
