The marriage intention of Betsey Welcome of Poland, Maine, and Jonathan Morse of Livermore, Maine, (both towns were then in Massachusetts) was published at Livermore on 10 Jan 1801, and they were married at Poland on 15 Jan 1801.[2]
Death
Betsey (Welcome) Morse died at Livermore, Maine, on 25 Nov 1822.[3] Her name appears on a gravestone with those of Jonathan Morse and his other two wives at the Lakeside Cemetery in Livermore,[4] but it is uncertain whether she is actually buried there.
