Benjamin Welch Jr. is Notable.
Benjamin Welch was born around 1818.
Benjamin served as New York State Treasurer for one term starting in 1852. He was appointed Commissary-General of the State Militia in 1859.
Benjamin died in Clifton Springs, New York on April 14, 1863, and was buried in Sylvan Lawn Cemetery, Greene, New York.[1]
