Biography

George was born in 1824. He passed away in 1864.

George was born in about 1824 in Belmont, Belmont, Ohio, USA. He was the son of Alfred Weeden and Eleanor (Lucas) Weeden.[1]

When George was about 24 he married Delilah Murphy on 20 November 1848 in West Alexander, Washington, Pennsylvania, USA. The couple had 6 children: Alfred Penn Weeden, Lorenzo Dow Weeden, Elizabeth Weeden, George Washington Weeden, William Ivan Weeden and Mary Jane Weeden.[1]

George died at the age of about 40 on 19 May 1864 in Wilderness, Nicholas, West Virginia, USA. Cause of death was killed as a soldier in the Union Army at Battle of the Wilderness,.[2]
