Biography
Evelyn was born in Heathbank, Hope, Eccles in Lancashire in 1874. She was the daughter of Edward Weeden and Florence Wainhouse. She was an actress. One of her most famous appearances was in the 1912 play "Milestones" which ran for 612 performances[1]. In 1914 she married divorcee James Knight-Bruce. Later in life they lived at the Sea House in Chailey Rd, Lewis. Sussex. She passed away in 1961.
