Oscar Weber was born on May 14, 1852 in Salzgitter, Salzgitter, Niedersachsen, Deutschland, son of Franz Heindrich Andreas Weber (1810–1895) and Mary Amelie Schultz (~1811–1900).^[1]

Oscar arrived on the ship Hamburgh on 23 February 1855 in Melbourne, Australia having departed from Hamburg, Germany^[2]

Oscar (24) married Christian Ann Everingham (21) (born in 1855 in New South Wales; daughter of Richard Everingham and Christian (Nowland) Everingham) in 1877 in Gunnedah, New South Wales.^[3]

Oscar was a grazier in the Walgett district (living in that area for over 30 years).

Oscar died on June 6, 1914 in Walgett, New South Wales, Australia, aged 62. He was buried in Walgett Cemetery, Walgett, Walgett Shire, New South Wales.^[1][4] He is buried in the Anglican section in Walgett Cemetery.
