Lancelot Lionel Ware OBE (5 June 1915 – 15 August 2000) was an English barrister and biochemist. He was born in Surrey in 1915 and was the son of Frederick and Eleanor Emslie Ware.[1][2]
He attended Steyning grammar school, Royal College of Science, and Lincoln College of Oxford. [3]
In 1946, Lancelot, along with Roland Berrill, co-founded Mensa, the international society for intellectually gifted people. [4]
