Biography
Daniel was born about 1886, the son of Adam Charles and Mary Ann (Plowman) Wann.
Evelyn married Daniel Wann in 1911[1] and had the following children
- Sydney Malcolm Wann 1912
- Donald Charles Wann (1914-1982)
- Alice Maud Warren 1916 - 2008 m. Carpenter
Daniel enlisted on the 11 Nov 1916 and departed Fremantle on the HMAT Borda, 29 Jun 1917. He was a Private in the 11th Battalion when he died of wounds in the Somme at Daours in 1918. His address on the Roll of Honour and local Perth papers is given as Bullsbrook, Perth, W.A.
