Biography

Joseph Walters was born around 1865, the son of Ann (Evans) Walters and Joseph Walters.

He married Elizabeth Jane Cunningham in 1891 in Victoria.^[1] Their children were:

• Beatrice Vera Margaret Walters (1893–?)^[3]
• Elsie Lilian Pearl Walters (1894–?)^[4]

Joseph died in 1934 in Ballarat, Victoria, aged 69 years.^[5]
